My 86 year old mom would be dubbed a "jazz snob". I listened to Miss Ella, Chet Baker, Miss Billie, Ahmed Jamal in the playpen. Mind you she can't see well but she can hear, and I've been playing Sierra around the house. She outright said "Stop! Who is that? She's got IT! The gift that can't be taught". The other day I caught her singing this tune in her hospital bed.😊 Sierra is magic. Philly shows sold out, but we'll keep listening here up North. 😊
