Rare deadly shooting in Orinda tied to road rage | KTVU

A man was shot and killed Thursday in Orinda in what neighbors say was a case of road rage. The shooting happened in the area of Las Vegas Road and La Espiral north of Highway 24.

I had a guy screaming at me in a parking lot for going to slow as I was looking for an open space.We have a weird Jacked up society always willing to degrade and force their violent tendencies on others, The guy in the Toyota thought he had a chance for a free shot at some old guy and found out it wasn't free.

I am pleased that the 72-year-old man who was punched during the road rage incident was not charged with a crime. In my opinion, he had every right to protect himself.
