California 'Auto Burglary' Laws
Показать описание
California law defines auto burglary as entering a locked vehicle for the purpose of stealing the vehicle, stealing contents from inside the vehicle, or committing any felony inside the car or truck. As the criminal defense lawyers explain in this video, merely entering the locked vehicle with this criminal intent is sufficient to commit the crime of auto burglary...even if you never actually complete the intended theft. As serious as the crime is, just because you were arrested for auto burglary does not necessarily mean you will be convicted in court. There are ways to fight the charge and beat the case, often successfully.
