Sir can you tell how to mangar log4j2.xml file for different configuration on different server like UAT, DEV, SIT, PROD...??

actually I have make different log4j2.xml file config for each server like log4j2-dev.xml, log4j2-prod.xml like this but client said this is wrong and I am unable to find a perfect solution for this now also by doing some searching I come to know that in every java Project there should be only one log4j2.xml file so then how we deal with different configuration and different server ..??
