Picosecond Laser VS Q Switched Laser

Am having a very bad experience with the company. I bought 3 months or more a pico second laser . Unfortunately the machine didn't work as I received it . I asked for help . They connected me with a technician who taught me how to open the machine and test the voltage. It took me time to buy the right voltage tester and after three times of buying and returning the tester, they figured that the motor got defect and they asked me to send the mottat my own expense back to China . I told them that I would like to have a new motor and once I get the new one, il send the old one, if it functioned properly. Nobody is answering me anymore. So never buy an expensive machine if you are not sure if the company is professional enough when it comes to customer service!!!
