Quick tip if you’re able to transfer fish into a water tank and eventually make the water clear . It’ll cleanse the effects of the dirty water they come from drastically. At minimum a week would do. If you don’t like the taste of lake or pond fish this will help with that.

It’s not no need to do a carp like that. It has thousands of bones and one would need to be experienced to eat it cooked like that because removing the meat will contain so many bones that one would need to to dissect with hands. The easier way to eat is fillet and fry which eliminates many bones from the cut as well as frying to decrease the amount. Hey, but, what do I know?

I'm pretty sure that's carp. If so that's considered garbage fish here in the US. It's full of small bones. Interesting how here in the US we love eating motor oil and cancer causing dye.
