I shower twice a day, period.
Bathing is self - care it's not only necessary & good for you but it also makes you FEEL good why resist this? In my country there's this tribe and in their language 'bathing' literaly means 'healing yourself'.

In Malaysia, it is common to shower 2-3 times daily due to our tropical weather. I can’t imagine not showering 2-3 days straight!

I don't shower every day. And that's okay! If I am sweaty and doing things that require showers, swimming, yard work, working out...then yeah. But to work at my desk all day and do air conditioned things in the evening...? No. I shower every other day, and wash my hair 2x a week. Dry shampoo for the win! And we have a bidet, lol. Also - omg in these cold northern winters...my poor skin would shrivel up and crack if I washed it daily. To each their own. Most of us can figure out what works best for us. This feels like way overblown celeb gossip.
