Windows IotBrowser & RDS HTML5 Webclient

Here's a video of the Windows IoT browser accessing the new RDS HTML5 webclient.

- Built in screen saver
- Restart/Shutdown commands

Since uploading the video, I have changed the Virtual Machine to have 1 GB of RAM down from 2 GB.
Everything is working fine. Display refresh is a little slower but the memory still doesn't go above 800 MB of used memory.
