[$400 = FULL FRAME ] Nikon D600 still WORTH IT for 2023 ?

Is the Nikon D600 still worth it in 2021 and 2022 ?

Excellent review.
I bought a D600 because the prices were depressed owing to the shutter issue. I took the view that most, if not all, of them would have been fixed by Nikon by now and that made them a bargain.
I also had a drawer full of old Nikon glass, which was handy.

This looks like the right camera for me. Video is an occasional thing for me where i fit into 'a phone would do but having it on the cameras a bonus' and the resolution will allow more cropping than my d300 at 12mp. thanks for the review. I'm surprised this didnt get more than 1 sequel.

I agree this D600/610 is a bargain for stills. I also think the Canon 70D (crop sensor) s a surprisingly good bargain for talking head videos (with face-tracing AF and a flippy screen.)

You can tell the difference from 22 to 24MP? wow. JK. The D600 is one of my favorite cameras ever made. One thing you need to wary of that this video doesn't tell you, is that Nikon recalled the D600 for the faulty shutter. But Nikon did offer free lifetime replacement of the shutter. So that is one thing to lookout for if you're looking to buy a used D600. Ask the previous owner if the shutter has been replaced by Nikon.

In terms of dynamic range and color depth, Nikon D610 leaves all canons far behind!
And also, according to the working ISO, Nikon D610 is higher than Canon EOS 6D, it is not clear where the author of the video got muddy data about ISO.
In general, Nikon D610 scores 94 points, and Canon EOS 6D only 82 points, this is a huge gap!!!
