Roasting Every Art Medium! (brutally honest)

Ever wondered what your art medium says about you? In this video, I’m roasting every art medium—digital art, watercolors, markers, oil paint, you name it! No one is safe. Are you the chaotic acrylic painter, the overworked digital artist, or the mysterious charcoal enjoyer? Watch till the end to find out (and maybe cry a little). This is all for fun… or is it?

nothing beats being an oil painter who accidentally took a sip of straight paint thinner in typical artist-drinks-paint-water fashion...

As a charcoal (and watercolor) artist, I take pride in looking like I survived a chimney explosion, especially as someone whos comfort character is a literal chimney sweep

Correction: Watercolour artists are absolute gods AND like to suffer in silence. I’ve been using watercolour since I was 10 I know what I’m talking about

I love the chaos of watercolour, I swear, I don't need therapy. Also using white gouache for highlighting for addes insanity.

As someone who occasionally (badly) uses acrylics, every pair of clothes I own is stained.

As a pastel artist, you forgot the main struggle of constantly breaking the pastels by dropping them and as a bonus to that, if you drop them close enough the the canvas, you have a random line you have to clean up 😍

honestly you could've roasted us digital artists harder 😂my favorite feature is how we have shaky lines and need the stabilizer tool because we all forget to eat and run on iced coffee. anyway this was a fun video, thank you for the giggle and the super cute bunny art!

I was sitting here thinking the pencil one was innacurate and then you got me with the "emotionally attached to a pencil" facts.

Honestly the real final bosses are people who use random things to make art, such as makeup 😭 As a person who's tried a bunch of these mediums, this is VERY accurate !! Also your art is gorgeous <3

I use Gouache and you are 100% correct with the studio Ghibli part.

I'm an ink artist. I like to suffer horribly while I try not to flick ink all over my walls. I also use markers, because what is the point in suffering if you don't suffermaxxx lmao

My grandma uses oil paint, and I swear some of her paintings have taken _days_ to dry. They’re very pretty, but I could never wait that long for a painting to dry. 😅

as a watercolor artist, yeah, this was funny and yes the first lesson i learned was i don't control the paint, no one controls the paint, the paint controls me
