This is the only autism family vlog channel where the parents DON'T pre-prompt and dont stage super cringe "sweet" interactions between the autistic kids and the non-autistic ones. You can tell these older kids are just being like how kids would be with 2 autistic little bros: not 100% smothering them with fake affection and such, but they are clearly self motivated to help guide the little bros through daily things

I’m autistic and I’m 30 years old and I love fast roller coasters. I am glad that you all had fun. When I go to theme parks/amusement parks I take headphones and my as needed medication which helps with sensory overload. I hope the ride operators pay more attention to when people need help with seatbelts and mistakes happen but they need to always pay attention to when people need help with seatbelts. I am glad that nobody got hurt.

What a fun family day! You do so many fun activities as a family, the kids will always remember them.

Thank you for being so open! My son is 6 and is JUST like Ezra! He loves cords and until I seen this I felt weird letting my kid play with cords. He’s done this since he was just walking and still loves them! Now he is into trash bags a little more he like to tie objects to the handles strings and hang it to pretend it’s flying (I think) please keep sharing and I learn so much from watching God Bless you all

I’m a level one autistic 16 1/2 year old girl and I LOVE your channel, I call it my “happy channel” because your videos always make me happy. ☺️ I love Simon and Ezra, they’re so fun.

Even though many kids on the spectrum enjoy spinning (like I sometimes did around his age) Ezra probably didn’t enjoy that ride because he had no control over when the spinning started or stopped or how quickly he was spinning.

For me, the main things that cause nausea and vomiting are acid reflux, heat exhaustion, motion sickness, and occasionally post-nasal drip. Less often, sinus infections and other “24 hour bugs” have that effect on me.

I can't believe you stayed ALL day! I took my level 3 5 year old autistic grandson to Silverwood last year and pooped out after 4 hours.😂
Looks like great family time for everyone! (Benson is getting so tall!)❤

the cannibal ride at lagoon has an interesting history.. among one of the steepest coasters in the states behind TMNT Shellraiser.

Simon likes looking at the map for many reasons. For me in my opinion it would be the letters and pictures and colors that get my attention or Simon likes to know where he is going and wants to be prepared. Bumper cars? Relaxation? Sensory relieving?

I like the bumper cars and the slow rides with scenery.

I remember Disney World also had a tea cup ride. It spun more quickly than I liked but my sister didn’t seem to mind it.

I think Simon liked the bright colors on the black background of the map. I did, just seeing it on the video.

I’m Autistic and I’m 15 years old and that fact of amusements scare me like every time I go near the park I get extremely anxious. I think Simon did amazing on his first roller coaster.

I remember when I went to Disney World in Florida the Small World ride had music that was too loud. That was in the Summer of 1986.
