Flushing a super powerful Airplane toilet

The toilet was on the Hawaiian Airlines airplane.

I remember the first time I used one of those toilets I ran out the bathroom and screamed And almost everyone looked at me.I was 9

I have gone on a plane multiple times till now. But still, till this day, the flush scares me.

I always open the door, press the flush button, then dash out of the bathroom immediately. 25 years old and still scared of the sound.

Usually I unlock my door first then push the button which has a two second delay so by the time I’m out it started to flush

Strong pulse lol. Once, I was on an airplane and I saw clothes in the toilet. When I tried to pull it out with a washcloth I saw on the side, the toilet flushed automatically and it pulled the clothes and that washcloth. I told the attendant and after, they told me that customers are always having issues with the toilets. When I was 12 on a plane going to Nova Scotia, I had to use the toilet and in there, I flushed the toilet with some toilet but what happened was that the seat cover fell in and then, a bunch fell in from above and then, as soon as I turned around, the toilet flushed automatically and the seat covers went down in the worlds quickest blink of an eye. It was like a huge stack of like 50 or more. I tried closing the lid but once it went in, the lid closed. God windy vacuum toilets are crazy!!

Why airplanes can’t use regular home toilets ????
