Last summer I suffered from severe insomnia and had to go to a sleep clinic to find out why. I tried everything to help me sleep and nothing worked. I tried to stay away from medication because I don't like the idea of sleeping pills ect. Then I found you Kel on YouTube and tried one of your deep sleep videos and I was shocked! Your video helped me so much, I got to sleep finally. I slept for a full 9 hours with no interruptions. Sleep deprivation was starting to take hold and you helped me . Thank you for all that you do, your videos truly help people like me.
