Also TRex had telescopic vision and forward facing eyes. Hawk like vision. Giga had side facing eyes. Meaning it to turn his head constantly in order to keep eye on his opponent.

Jurassic Park was a sham in this area. The whole "don't move" thing would have been applicable to Giga not T-Rex. They didn't know back then.

The T. rex gets a new buff/power up after every new study lol. It has binocular vision like humans and better depth perception than eagles, better sense of smell than a bloodhound. A very thick and powerful skull with massive muscle insertions designed to withstand its own bite force that was 6 tons of pressure, 2-3 tons heavier than African elephants on average. Those small arms were a necessary nerf otherwise it would be too op lol

Without a doubt T. rex was stronger despite giganotosaurus being longer. The proof is in the T. Rex’s muscle mass, bite force, and bone structure

When i saw the skeletons of these animals in person, I realized how massive and powerful the Tyrannosaurus.Rex must have been.

While technically being correct, both dinosaurs lived in the mesozoic (all non avian dinosaurs did) and he should have said giganotosaurus lived in the cenomanian age of the late cretaceous

The other predator had straight teeth only meant to cut flesh. Trex had curved teeth meant to cut and crush bone. Much more devastating.

As much as I love the Jurassic Park (not world) franchise, it really skewed the facts surrounding T Rex, especially when it comes to theoretical 1v1s. In reality, a fully grown healthy Rex would’ve one shot most other dinosaurs with its massive bite force. That’s without considering it’s exceptional binocular vision, highly developed sense of smell and adaption to sustained distance running making it the perfect predator of large powerful prey. Truly a destructive apex predator and the pinnacle of its evolution.

I remember watching the JP film and thinking, hang on the T-rex bite force would've been completely devastating, also to support the massive head T-rex would've been far stockier as shown here and therefore a far stronger animal. It annoyed me, cause you can see just from looking at the head who you'd put your money on.

Know this, Trex is the more evolved Therapod which lived till the extinction event. It has evolution on it's side, it has better dentistry, Binocular vision, intelligence, better senses overall a better killing machine. So, you know who is gonna win

Correction, the Tyrannosaurus rex WAS the largest land carnivore ever known. The scientific community measures mass, not length, to determine size. Much heavier and thicker, with upper estimates of 42-45 feet in length. But much like the the hypothetical 46 feet you gave that Giga, these upper estimates are entirely speculative and no known specimens were found with these measurements.
