Overhead Press 60kg (135lb) 1 Rep Max Attempt

Overhead Press 1RM. This was from about half a year ago, but its the heaviest OHP video I have since my current program doesn't have heavy overhead press in it. It's also not a main focus right now, the squat, bench and deadlift take priority.

My estimated 1RM for OHP right now is probably about 65kg

best feeling. I stopped at 57.5kgs (usually work up from 50x8, 52.5x6, 55.x6, 57.5x5) cos the thought of reaching a full plate was such an a f-ing milestone and i got scared, but did it 2 days ago 5reps 2 sets at 60kgs and was surprised at how easy it was

Did you get that blood rush to your head feeling? I almost died my first time hitting a plate on the military lol.
