The phone is wrapped with plastic back and features a 6.21-inch LTPS IPS LCD display on the front. In terms of resolution, Honor 20 Lite features ¬Full-HD+ resolution in 19.5:9 aspect ratio. So the contents on the handset look sufficiently sharp. But since the Honor 20 Lite display comes with an IPS LCD panel, the colors don’t look quite punchy like that on the Samsung Galaxy A50.

On to the performance front, you get Kirin 710 chipset aided with 4GB of RAM. There is also an ample 128GB of storage to let you keep your huge portfolio of files and photos. With this setup, the phone is capable of handling the day-to-day tasks without a fuss. However, the device is not quite suited for the graphics-intensive gaming. If you are wondering about the Honor 20 Lite PUBG capabilities, don’t get too excited. The game is only playable at medium setting. And even on the medium setting, lags and stutters are quite inevitable. If you are thinking, which is better between Honor 20 Lite vs Huawei P30 Lite, well, they are a similar performer as the share the same processor. Even while performing the Honor 20 Lite vs Honor 10 Lite performance comparison, you won’t notice any major difference. And it’s quite disappointing that the Honor 10 Lite is a year old phone.

Camera-wise, you get a triple camera treat on the rear panel of this device. The setup includes a 24MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. When we performed the Honor 20 Lite camera review, we were decently satisfied with the results. The subject looks sharp with plenty of details. However, they look over processed at times. While doing the Honor 20 Lite vs A50 camera comparison, I was impressed with the details from the 20 Lite. However, the colors were better from the A50. But with the Honor 20 Lite Night camera (Honor 20 Lite Night Mode feature), it has quite an edge over the A50 in the low light settings.

Talking about the battery, the phone comes with a 3400mAh battery, which is quite on the lower side according to today’s standard. However, Honor 20 Lite battery provides an amazing backup on the standby. Thanks to its software optimization. But there is Honor 20 Lite battery drain issue while playing the intensive games. While playing heavy games, the phone devours battery pretty quickly.

So considering the price, the 20 Lite is just an average performer, which fails to outperform its competitors. If you just compare Honor 20 Lite vs Note 7 Pro, Honor 20 Lite vs Oppo F11, Honor 20 Lite vs Realme 3 Pro, you will find the latter devices better than the Honor 20 Lite. Since there are plenty of capable midrange devices out there available for a similar price or lower, I recommend you to skip this device and find an alternative for it.
