pickle season getting over so lets make raw mango pickle quickly today....
to 1lit hot oil add mustard, powdered heera hing,turmeric....cool it to room temp & keep ready
now in a plate take masala ingredients for pickle.
first round salt which must be roasted a bit in rainy weather
2nd round mustard seeds ie dal of yellow mustard roasted & then grind
3rd round turmeric powder
4th is hing ie heera hing crystals must be powdered well.
now add everything together
go on arranging layers in a bottle aleternating mango pieces & masala.
pour prepared oil till 1inch above mango level.
put in fridge
next day mix everything well
within 8 days pickle will be ready to enjoy
