Animated point on map in NextGIS QGIS 4k60fps test

Animated moving point on map, rendered in QGIS.

Process:

* Generate points along line every 50 meters
* Generate mock timestamps using point number and unix epoch time in field calculator
* Set temporal display for points layer and styling
* Tune font and icon sizes for 4k display
* Render frames to png using temporal control panel

Point style using 'outer glow' for smooth look in animation
