Steps to Fix Windows PC Health Check App Not Starting Stuck On Preparing To Install An Update
Step 1) Restart your PC and start PC health Check as an administrator
Step 2) Use Revo uninstaller to uninstall PC health Check, restart your PC and reinstall it

It didn't work but i have a solution.
Install the program again without uninstalling it and it will open the application for you.

1. Install first .. open and it will stuck with installing an update
2. go to the installer, right click and install, it will run immediately.

Wow just trying to check my PC when something similar happened. When I start the checker update thing shows up and then disappeares.

I ran the compatibility troubleshooter and ended up being able to run the app in Vista mode as an administrator. The updated app now gives the specific reason why Windows 11 cannot be installed in my desktop, which in my case [AMD Ryzen 5 2600 on a Gigabyte B450M DS3H (rev. 1.0)] appears to be the lack of TPM 2.0.

Didn't work for me. I still can't open PC checker.

You don't have to do all of this. Just search pc health check in the search box, then click on uninstall and when you fing the app there just press repair and it will work just fine

I didn't want windows 10 and still don't. It doesn't run right and I have to cold reset my computer frequently when the hard drive goes to 100% when in idle and offline and the keyboard and mouse stop responding. Now comes PC health check to ascertain if Windows 11 can work on this hardware and the application makes you agree to have your personal information compromised to install it, and you have to accept those corporate communist fascists oligarch dictates in the license to use the program, and the damn thing won't work. To hell with it. I'm going back to Windows 7. Fuck Microsoft.
