This song is about Kate’s battle with post natal depression. The figure behind her is depression sneaking its way into her life, always looming there behind her. “Zero Gravity” is the feeling she finally got 2 years after giving birth, when she finally came out of that terrible depression! It’s an incredibly beautiful, relatable song. It’s so much more than a pop-opera song.

Remember that Australia had to vote for their favourite and she obviously won from clear Eurovision energy alone plus her natural singing talent. Kate Miller-Heidke has always been amazing. I'm so sick of people who think they can sing those high notes but scream them yet Kate is pure talent. I'm sure we'll win this year :)

People are hating on this so much because of the genre of the song with is pop/opera/contemporary mix, because its Australia, and because ofc their favourite 2000 and Whatever lost. Hopefully that will change over time because this is a real masterpiece. I'm sure it will qualify.
