🍂 Fall is here which means... APPLE CAKES! This Pumpkin Spiced Apple Cake Recipe is my favorite way to welcome the harvest season. You'll love the chunky apples perfectly dispersed in the cake. Not to sweet, but perfectly moist and delicious. TRUST! Apple Cakes are my favorite fall dessert, and my new found love for Pumpkin Spiced ..well everything lead me to this amazing cake recipe. This easy cake recipe comes together in one bowl, apples are cut and mixed into the cake batter with the skins ON. Yep you heard that right. Easy Spiced Apple Cake means no apple peeling, and one ULTIMATE fall spice used to make the dessert easy and super flavorful.

🍎 Easy Spiced Apple Cake Recipe ⬇️
3 eggs
8oz (1 stick) butter, browned, set aside to cool completely
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (or 1/2 teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup buttermilk, or milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 apples rinsed and sliced into 1/4 inch thick chunks
1/4 cup demerara (or brown) sugar
2-3 tablespoons white sesame seeds, for garnish (optional but highly recommended)
Serve with fresh whipped cream or ice cream🍦😋
