Good video, thanks. Perhaps Jupyter Notebooks would be useful for these types of sequential step by step videos? Would allow you to run code cell by cell similar to command line, but might make it easier to follow and correct errors.

Hi, thanks for the video series. I have a problem sir. I wrote a script, and convert to .exe file. This .exe file working my computer, but it doesn't works another computer. I found the problem, in another computer the program doesn't see active project. So, The problem is caused by the module. How can I fix that problem.

I wanted to say thank you for all your ETABS API videos. They've been a huge help in getting me started.

I am currently running into an issue where I am unable to use the "SetStories_2" function in ETABS 2018. While I can add members at different heights in the Z-direction, my model displays all the members in Story 1. This isn't ideal as I need to use stories to get the story drifts and story shear.

When I try to retrieve multiple stories using the "GetStories_2" function, it doesn't seem to be working. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue? I'd really appreciate any assistance. Thank you!"

When i try to change the units it shows 0 but doesn't really change it in the program. and also when I initialize the program from the code inside the modify rebar the diameter is limited to 18mm and shows #18..while if i open the program without any code and define sections. Modify rebar sections is fine with confinement and other bar up to 50mm and no #....Can you help me please?

btw the problem with the unit system, you should open the files like this otherwise you always facing a problem with the units some time it is shows SI sometimes US some time mm some time m
