Fieldnotes: Jocelyn Boiteau

Jocelyn Boiteau is a Tata-Cornell Scholar and PhD student at Cornell University's Division of Nutritional Sciences. This summer, Jocelyn has been conducting exploratory research on food loss in India.

About Tata-Cornell:
Tata-Cornell Scholars conduct exploratory research between the first and second year of the PhD program, in order to answer initial questions about their proposed research topic. This time helps students gain a better on-the-ground understanding and inform the development of their long-term research project they’ll conduct in year three (typically, a full year of field-based applied research).
