This crossing is one of not many modern installs on the Harbor Subdivision, it was installed around 2017 replacing older WRRS signals that looked to be poorly maintained. These signals have stayed original since 2017. One thing to note is that the gateless signal on the median has a Siemens High Pitched E-Bell! BNSF rarely uses these since they use GS Type 2s and Type 3s. The combo of the bells do sound nice though.

Great video & Crossing! Love the High-Pitched Safetran Type-3 at this crossing, and the bell combo here

Correction for the further left Gated Signal, it has the GS Type 3 E-Bell, just like the closer 2 Gated Signals.

Only the further Gateless Mast Signal has the high-pitched Siemens E-Bell.
