PLEASE,
we kindly ask you to watch the full video before you comment and before you leave any negative feedback or rude remarks on anyone's behalf. In one of our previous videos we made a mistake and said that Garam was the one who filmed another girl without her consent, in this video we wanted to correct this information because it was not true and we apologize for that mistake.

On that note, Garam's case is still veiled in mystery and we might never know what really happened and what's the truth. When a person makes a mistake, they deserve to get a chance to learn from it and grow to be a better person. It's not fair either for us or for anyone to send hate to Garam or have ill intentions when mentioning her name. She's a young girl who's probably going through a lot right now and all that we can do right now is accept the fact that there are no definite answers in this case.

Issues like this makes me wish that the Kpop industry should stop debuting idols in their teenage years, like they haven't fully developed as a person and you put them in a spot where all fingers will point at them. If the issue is true or not, it doesn't matter because this can be a big mental trauma for a young girl like her, making a girl deal with this heavy issue is too much for a young person to handle, this can haunt them for the rest of their lives.

Garam's case is so confusing to me. But at this point it's the best to stay neutral. We likely will never know the truth. Also, as other comments stated, insulting Garam and sending her death threats doesn't make you any better than what you're fighting against. Bullying a bully is not a solution. Also keep in mind that you are sending death threats to a minor. What will your excuse be if she's proven a 100% innocent? "I thought she was a bully so I send her death threats" doesn't sound that good, does it?

EDIT: I know it's kinda late now, but from what I know, Garam was officially declared innocent.

Just leave Garam in peace now
Many people using her as fun/hate material is disgusting

I think what most people neglect to understand is that HYBE kicking Garam out of the group is not "proof" of her guilt, it is proof that people have started to hate her, cancel her and spread rumours about her to the extent that it would have been detrimental to the success of the group as a whole but more importantly it would have lost the company money, which at the end of the day is HYBE's only real priority.

It also must be noted that the "victim" has a distinct advantage in this case, 1. she is using a fake name which means she can't be searched up in school databases and police reports, so people can't find evidence on her misdemeanours, 2. she is still a minor and therefore HYBE as an offical company cannot realise any specific information about her without parental consent even if it is to help Garam case, this also goes for the friend who pictures were allegedly taken.

It has also been confirmed that many of the pictures circulating painting her as a bad person, a smoker, drinker ect and the pictures with the blackboard have been proven not to be her, she is wearing a different school uniform and looks completely different from photos of her at the same age the pictures when allegedly taken.

I just wish that K-pop Stans would learn from their mistakes, we saw this with (g)-idles Soojin, Stray Kids Woojin and AOA's Jimin, all of whom where proven inncocent following the mass hate they received for bullying accusations, at the very least I implore you all to think critically and don't believe everything you see, random twitter users, k-tiktoker, k-tubers and reddit users have no real merit if you want to be involved in the case read the offical documents yourself you will be able to find translations, but if you can't be bothered don'y get involved or at the very least, watch someone discuss the case holistically and not from one viewpoint, I recommend everglow-up's video on the garam case (also if you still think woojin and Jimin are guilty watch those videos too) she strictly talks about the facts from credible sources and debunks rumours.

But the thing that doesn't make sense is how fans turned on garam but never held the "victim" accountable for leaking a friend with only her underwear she's also not so innocent🤔

To be fair, if all of our lives were to be exposed to a big extent, we would all be cancelled

People were criticizing Hybe for not kicking her out and now people are criticizing Hybe for kicking her out...

What matters is to give support on the other members and move on forward but I wish Garam the best

Garam's accuser is the REAL BULLY. This is basically a story of a bully feeling "bullied" when others stood up to her, she then plays the victim after she got a taste of her own medicine. Garam defended her friend who got bulled by this accuser who posted compromising photos online. The bully really manipulated the system and got away being called the victim here.

Garam defenders get frequently asked "why are you stanning this person you only knew for 2 weeks?". Its not because we know Garam as a amazing singer or dancer or variety ace. Its because she's a human being who never even got to speak out in her defense or even a explanation and got total global humiliation. I think even worse than the hate is the people who just used her as content for memes or jokes. I mean as hated as someone like Amber Heard was she had a team of lawyers and publicists working for her to get her story out. Garam had nothing and was just totally exposed and trusted Hybe who proceeded to do nothing with the evidence that was collected by Garam's friends.

Just a few facts about the case:
- Several photos spread that would be "proof" of Garam's attitude are fake
- She took a nicotine test to prove she didn't smoke
- No comment on the brick and pot story
- She never trained at Starship, so there was no conflict with Wonyoung as far as we know
- The education ministry's line was merely speculative, not a sentence
- Neither Eunseo nor her lawyers blamed Garam for the incident on her mental health (which occurred because of the public reaction to the case)
- School violence is a broad term that does not necessarily mean physical violence
- Eunseo did not faint because of Hybe's lawsuits, not least because this would have happened before the company even threatened to do so
- Hybe and Garam did not apologise for the alleged bullying, but rather for Garam offending Eunseo through messages
- There is no evidence that Garam did bullying, rather that she cussed Eunseo via text, and that is not bullying
- Hybe has witnesses who were not directly involved in the case and the same documents from the swearing case say that Eunseo did in fact do to Garam's friend what she was said to have done
- Eunseo's lawyers threatened to reveal evidence of the alleged bullying if Hybe did not apologise for the accusations. Hybe didn't do it and where is the evidence? Why were they still discussing a solution with the company?
- Punishments vary from school to school
- Garam's school database shows that there were no cases of bullying in the period that Garam allegedly did it, only cases of verbal attacks by digital means
- The level of punishment received is neither the highest nor the rarest
- There is no evidence that she bullied disabled students or received a restraining order
- Don't give me "choreography is better with odd numbers", I doubt they'll mention that about (G)I-DLE
- "It doesn't matter if she is innocent, she had to leave the group". So if an innocent person is accused they have to bow their head and take punishment for something they didn't do? If she left because she chooses beauty, now that shouldn't be mandatory

She is JUST 16, She is a MINOR! No one should have to go through this even if she is guilty or not.

DISCLAIMER: YOU USED MISINFORMATION !!!

Level 5 punishment in Garam' middle school is with level 1 the most common disciplinary action taken throughout 2018-2021 . This got confirmed by the school itself. As well as in the alleged year of bulli ying 2018 (april-may)
was not one bulliying or violence case administrated in Garam's midale school. To say that Level 5 punishment is 'rare' is a false statement which brings a false impression to the situation.

It still baffles me to this day how we were never able to hear what Garam had to say about the allegations made against her… At this point nothing that appears on the internet can be trusted. In the future please educate your siblings and younger pupils around you about just how dangerous the internet can be. It’s become a scarier place than reality.

We all have to stay neutral as we don't know if she is innocent or guilty

Edit: I hope people understand that even if she was a bully other people have been cyber bullying her as well as sending death threats she is only 16 and she doesn't deserve the threats and bullying. No one should be sent death threats

I’m going to say this..

As somebody who has been bullied it makes no sense to publicly call out the perputrator. The only reason to do such is to ruin their reputation and career.. which makes you no better than the bully. Also most bullying happens as children; everyone does stupid shit as children that they regret. Also I don’t understand why people make such a giant deal out of accusations of someone bullying as a child. They were a child and most likely aren’t the same person ad back then. I know that I’m almost a completely different person than 1 year ago. Why must everyone act like people never change (especially when they are young)? Childhood is a time of a lot of changes, growth, and adaptation. You shouldn’t take the actions of somebody from when they were a child as if it is who they are now.

7:32 I would like to share an information about this. The ministry of education also stated that the level of punishment by the school violence committees vary from place to place, and in some places it isn't as severe as it seems to be. Garam's case could very well be something like this

I think people should absolutely get punished for wrongdoings however I think destroying someone's entire career is just too cruel, guilty or not.

This case is so confusing. I hope the court will release a final statement whether she's guilty or not. I never hated Garam, she's my bias. I wish this will end soon, and for Garam I hope she's eating her meal and staying healthy :(
