Hi Mel. I love a good casserole and oh my goodness do these look delicious! I know the crunch wrap would be something that I would love. Can't wait to try it! I'm not a fan of Italian sausage either so I'm happy to see you use breakfast sausage. Now that I can do. Lol!! Would have never thought to mix sausage with alfredo sauce but it sounds delicious.
