My first review, go easy on me, I’m still figuring this out. I had the Hummer EV 2X Pickup on loan while my Hummer 2X SUV was getting tuned up, so I thought, why not take a little time to experiment with a review?

Let’s start with the obvious: it’s a great truck, and there’s a lot to love here. The power and presence are unmatched, and it’s genuinely fun to drive. That said, there are a few quirks worth noting (hey, nothing’s perfect).

One thing that really stood out to me is the current lease deals, they’re ridiculous right now. If you’re on the fence, this is a great option, especially considering how quickly tech is moving. A lease gives you three years to enjoy the bleeding-edge tech while letting battery improvements, automation, and other innovations catch up.

Overall, I think this truck hits a sweet spot for people looking to experience EV power and capability without fully committing to the unknowns of long-term ownership in such a fast-evolving space. As for my time with it, I loved it. Would love to hear your feedback on how I can improve, looking to turn this into a hobby.
