All very well, but does not address shipping letters under 100gms and 100-250 gms. There are so many online businesses that sell very lightweight products, like labels and stickers.

My brother sent me parcel from Kenya I was tracking it enthusiasticly. It took 2 days to get to England but now seven say it is in warehouse in London. I check it everyday it is in the same warehouse. What is going on here. People hate working here U.K it is hectic Bosses try to bleed the workers. Like supermarket Checkout lines ridiculous

How do you calculate the shipping costs to your customers? Especially when using transglobal you may use different couriers every time. Do you charge a fixed shipping cost based on estimate?

Dpd is a joke. Driver drove through the street without stopping at the house and then I got message that they missed me as I was not in (I was working by the window). The driver took some blurry picture as proof. Do not use them!

Do you pre-pay taxes/vat when shipping internationally, ie: do you know how to handle that for all these different countries or can you just pre pay for each individual shipment through your courier? I’m setting up my online store and trying to figure out what to do for international shipping is bending my brain. Would love to see a video on that also!
