The entire fleet of Trenitalia and Trenord regional trains will be renewed with Hitachi rock trains and Alstom pops, all built in Italy. More than a thousand new regional trains will be introduced throughout Italy.
The plan is to replace all regional trains from 2019 until 2024
Once delivery is complete, Italy will have the most beautiful and new train park in the world among the regional trains and the new high-speed trains.

Thank you for sharing these steps - very few video out there that explain the actual steps of what you need to do for trains and truly getting to your destination. I appreciate it ! :)

1:30 I like that we've now started using actual locals to do the foreign languages as well across Europe. It gives it more character. When announcements in foreign languages started becoming regular in the 90s they always got some American or British voice actor (or an actor from wherever the language is from) to do it and it just isn't as charming.

The trains to Como that depart from the legendary railway station of the Northern Milan Railways (FNM) called Milano Cadorna, end the journey in the railway station called Como Lago Nord (north as it belongs to the historical company of the Northern Milan Railways), which is a few meters from Lake Como (Lario), from the steamers and the funicular to Brunate, to be taken absolutely without ifs and buts! At Milano Cadorna it is possible to buy direct tickets (through tickets) both for Brunate and for the places that can be reached by steamer.

As someone who lives near these everyday, I can safely say I like them a lot. They remind me of the Stadler Kiss Flirts, but I prefer this design. They look nice imo and their motors actually sound nice also (when you can hear them that is). Win win.

In reality, the name of the lake that bathes the city of Como is Lario, that of Lake Maggiore is Verbano, that of Lake Lugano is Ceresio, that of Lake Iseo is Sebino, that of Lake Garda is Benaco, that of Lake of Geneva is Lemàno and so on

Another very interesting lake to visit is the Lake Maggiore. Less famous but spectacular. You can reach Arona or Stresa from the same station you visit in Milan

also the Trenitalia counterpart (ETR 421, 521, 621 "Rock" - three variations based on how many cars the train has, 4, 5 or 6) looks sleek and cool.
As Italian I can firmly say modern EMUs are looking really nice!

Very good video. You can go also to "Como Nord Lago " deping the Milano Cadorna station In the centre of Milan . If you want go directly in front of the lake you can choose also this option.

Another option is taking the train from Stazione Nord to Como Lago. That stop is the end of the line and 200 meters from the lake. You can get from Malpensa to Como Lago, by changing trains in Saronno.
