You should have played dcs a10 with this cause it's made for that and dcs has the most realistic a10

Ok, there's the Winwing Orion, the Virpil sticks, the VKB sticks, VPForce is making an FFB stick. Even the VKB NXT Evo is much better and isn't honestly as expensive, of course, it's the stick only, but still. Thrustmaster and Logitech/Saitek have ancient gimbal designs that yeah, they work, and yes, they were the best but in their time, and that was a long long time ago.

The Warthog is still a good choice, but there are even better options now. Virpil/VKB/Winwing are a step ahead in gimbal design.

all the joysticks on the Hotas are made for the weapon system controls on the A-10, e.g. you spot a tank so you fire a laser at it for your laser guided bombs/missiles.

You should get the Fairchild Republic A-10 'Warthog' Thunderbolt II for the simulator from the ingame store to test it out with the joystick.

I've had my TM Warthog for I don't know how many years now and still works great. I picked up a set of Vipril rudders a few month backs and got rid of the thrustmaster pedals for DCS and I use bothh for MS 2020 also.
