580 credit score, 3.5 down. Don't you need two loans a first and a second? Mortgage Insurance fee every month until your loan to value is a 80/100% ratio? Or until when do you stop paying for it? How do you qualify for H.U.D? Someone got one of those loans but she could never sell it to buy a new one, she would have to pay off the entire loan to do so. Which means he cant move from there that easily. Im not sure how this works exactly. With one of these loans do you have a choice if you can get a general lien or a specific lien? Thank you for this video. Took me many hours to read about this and try to understand it all and now here it is in it's most simplest and clear form. 👍👍👍 Do you have on on Contracts?
