I was selected in FCI AG3 General but didn't joined due to slow growth and less allowances.
In terms of workload this job is good because no public dealing.
First Preference is to remove your Unemployment so go for it😅

FCI job is very variable in nature...work pressure varies from station to station (depot) and the main negative point in FCI is worst work management

I am AG3 depot from east zone..posted in odisha..Workload varies from depot to depot. In west odisha there is workload and no fix timing...If someone says its 9 to 5 job then he is wrong..During rake loading operation you can be called as early as 6 am..We have even worked 11 12 hrs sometimes..but yes you will get OTA.You even have to work on holidays..West odisha is procurement region.. Whereas in east odisha there is very less workload. If you like office culture then go for ag3 general..depot is not for all. But you will get time to study even if you are a depot cadre..I work only 15 days a month. I supervise the rake loading operation.

jitni yha pe total salary he utni bank po ki basic hogi, and more over posting issue isme bhi hoga home state milega ya nai koi gurantee nhi, ha work load kam hoga, sb log bank ki job ko shod rhe bcoz they cant handle pressure but bro starting salary dekho officer ki bank me itni salary konsa department de rha he, work pressure toh hoga hi, unemployed hone se acha he bank ki job toh hogi, aur sbse jaida employement banking sector hi de rha he har saal, dnt demotivate people, dnt cnfuse them bro.

I can assure everyone if u r selected as bank po and get good bank then one should choose PO only coz at the end salary matters. And worst PSU job coz no surety of job. I worked there for 3 months.

I'm FCI ag 3 depot cadre posted in Punjab.
North zone mein bahut hectic kaam hota hai .
Month mein 20-22 din rake loading hota hai, aur railway station mein rake loading supervise Krna parta hai, 10-12 ghantey kharey raho, barsat ho, garmi ho ya fir thand ho . Plus labours and criminals threaten you most of the time, if you go against them .
Jyada rake loading hota hai toh Overtime bhi milta hai .
But agar dreams bara ho, toh North zone join mat karo koi Depot cadre mein join, kyuki time aur energy dono nhi rahega, Ghar aakey dusra exam ke liye padhai karney ke liye .
