Why is this being delayed, he's been our best, most consistent player. Even coming at 33, he is world class.

This is unbelievable. What a way to treat a legend like Salah. I would love Salah to stay but after this I feel like FSG don’t deserve him. Liverpool fans will be up in arms when this news spreads.

FSG if he leaves and VVD leaves, you will never be forgiven

Fsg doesn’t deserve to operate the club if they can’t offer one of their all time greats a 1-2 year contract

They can offer it to Milner at the age of 36 but for Salah who is 32 it becomes different ! Alot of contradictions happening with these owners.

As a Liverpool fan and Salah’s biggest fan, this interview is nothing but positivity. He clearly doesn’t wanna leave the club especially not for the Saudi league. He even greatly acknowledges the fans love for him and it honestly just feels like Liverpool football club and Mohamed Salah are a match made in heaven. He’s literally the best player in world football right now and it would be a calamitous diecision to let him go at the end of the season. Give him 3-4 more years and he will take Dalglish’s crown as Liverpool best ever player. But No matter what happens, we love you Mo and thank you for all the amazing memories❤️

I’ll be furious if FSG lets him go without an offer! That would be the ultimate disrespect to a living legend like him! When Mo says he’s disappointed, he’s telling the truth. 😢

FSG, it's time to act! We urgently need to resolve the contract situations of Salah, Virgil, and Trent. Salah, in particular, has consistently shown his love and dedication to Liverpool. If he wishes to retire at the club, we should grant him that loyalty.

The ongoing contract issues are not only affecting the players' focus but also their mental well-being. As fans, we're concerned about the impact this might have on their performance and overall happiness.

Can someone please explain what's causing these delays and assure us that the club is working diligently to resolve these matters?

i still wonder why liverpool are not offering new contract to a such world class player.

We as supporters should influence the club to give him a new contract.

Liverpool have 2 all timers in their squad and they're behaving like absolute clowns.

Mo doesn't play games with it, which is honest of him, and it's probably the reason he hasn't received a contract yet. Liverpool knows, they got him if they wanted, so they don't have to do anything until the final moment. I imagine if there were "talks" with other clubs behind the scenes, things might have been different.

Welldone VVD to come over and support Salah, as usual media trying to cause a stir and back Salah in a corner. VVD/Salah very happy, just focus on your football, the contract situation will sort itself out!

Whoever asked that question should be no where near LFC players imo. Salah has always been giving his best. Yes, there were moments of dip in form and it might "look" like he didn't "give his best" in those moments but they're temporary. His stats show that he never slacked or "Didn't give the best" in games and season on season. Salah's always been professional in his time in LFC.

Letting Salah go for free would be dumbest management decision by FSG. I would be shocked if it happens.

I understand not wanting to break the wage structure and we’ve seen other players at other clubs fall off after being given big deals. But two things.

1) You could put in break clauses at the end of each season to protect the club.

2) Those other players at other clubs weren’t Mo Salah.

I love VVD but I get why they might be more hesitant with him, because of his injuries but Mo has a phenomenal fitness record and looks like he can still play at this level for another couple years, it’s not as if he’s ever been over reliant on pace or something that’s going to decline.

Put a contract on the table for this man.
