Fun Fact : During the 2022 world cup, Qatar didnt have enough hotels to host everyone, so they had fan villages in more than one place just like anyother city hosting the world cup, but also they had cruise ships anchored around to host people for a month.. Qatar definetly had one of the best Football World Cups..people loved it there.

Nice video Gabe about Doha and seems worth a short stopover.
Also I subbed to Nora's channel which is loaded with practical travel tips geared towards slow traveling nomads

Really cool video - never been there or seen much about it. Nice to see Nora, as well, as she's been on a break from content creation.

I am familiar with Nora's content. Well spoken, informative and a lot of fun.
I travelled to Doha 4 years ago. Stayed 4 nights...one night too many. National Museum of Qatar was definitely the highlight! Happy travels to both of my favorite travellers!

Been there a few times. A generic country with no authentic culture or experience. A Burger King on one corner, a Zara on another.
Work done by 1.5 million migrants, while citizens chill somewhere in AC rooms. I can only compare it to Jabba the Hutt's palace.
After this, I went to Azerbaijan which was far more authentic. I agree Riyadh is stifling- but Jeddah is a beautiful and a more vibrant city.

Hi Gabriel, nice to see a fellow traveler. There is so much to talk about and Nora is going to a beautiful place in Tanzania and possibly going to see Serengeti National Park as well as the neighboring parks and hiking up Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Thats a very expensive breakfast for 34€. Even a dinner doesn’t cost that much in Western European restaurants.

That was a really cool meet up. Your buddy bubbles nicely. She reminds me of Ichy Boots in the levity and enthusiasm of her manner. I'll check out her channel. See ya in India... again! LOL
