As i was meditating on Solomons heart which was turned away from the God of his father David to the gods of his wives of the people of the ammonites, sidonites, Hittites and the daughters of pharaoh and God took his kingdom from him. This song dropped into my Spirit, "turn your heart upon Jesus" not on other gods.

This song has been going through my mind since yesterday afternoon when brother Matt spoke about how momma turkey's look at their young babies and they are imprinted with her sound/voice, eyes, tone, and are alert to her. A man raised several clutches of turkeys and they imprinted him upon their mind and eyes. They would awake to His voice and he would talk to them until they fell asleep. Allowed them their rest and would come again.
When it was time to take them out of the incubator, he put them in a round pen and just stood quietly. When they are frightened they peep and as soon as He peeped every one of them gathered at his feet!!
The lesson the Lord wanted us to know was to imprint Him on us!!! Hallelujah Jesus!!

This is one of my favorite hymns--since early childhood. My dad was a Song leader and my mom played the piano. She would hum this song around the house. As I have now raised my children and have grandchildren and have buried my parents, they are with Jesus!!!! I realize why I have loved this song so much!!! I have also through the last 38 year suffered from Systemic Lupus--it has not been kind. I have a lot of damage. I now live with my oldest son and his family in California. Leaving Arkansas. My kids have left the Christian faith that they were raised---God is not dine yet!!
This song instills such peace!!! I go to it so often ---I see why my mom hummed is so often!!!! She was my best friend here on earth!!!

What a beautiful story! I always wanted to see Morocco. Such a beautiful country. God I just lift up to you any Christians in Algiers and all throughout the great continent of Africa. May they turn their eyes to You and feel the strength of your love for them. I pray especially for Nigeria where your people are being slaughtered by ISIS and have no way of protecting themselves!
