PATMOS - GREECE (JULY 2022 )

Patmos - a beautiful small island of the Dodecanese complex. It is among the most popular Christian places in Greece. It is called "Aegean Jerusalem" because of the cave where St. John has revelation about the end of the world. The sacred cave is located between the small town of Skala and the capital of Chora. Masses are held in the cave every day. Chora is a very picturesque town, with beautiful white streets, with a lot of chapels, which we like to get to know so much. On the hill of Chora there is a large monastery of St. John, which is definitely a must-see. On Patmos we found beautiful beaches, amazing sunsets and sunrises, ancient monasteries and nice people. Patmos is the ideal island for an unforgettable vacation.
