Made in Sweden, The Mora Kansbol features a 4.3 inch blade of Sandvik Steel. With a much lower price than the Mora Garberg, the Kansbol has become a popular choice with bushcrafters, campers, and outdoorsmen.

I love the Mora Kansbol - it's a perfect do everything knife EXCEPT for heavy batoning (and chopping). It can baton and take some abuse but with the thin grinds, it is first and foremost a great cutter / whittler. On my Kansbol I reprofiled the front section to a regular 20 degrees as I was getting some rolling of the edge and now the edge is much more durable and still a great cutter.

It’s always a good time for Mora Time. Wish I had me some more-a-time to play with some Mora knives! Lol! 🤷‍♂️😂

In my opinion the Kansbol is the most versatile blade that Mora makes, and you did a fantastic job of demonstrating this. Nice one, buddy. If anyone wanted to own just one Mora knife, I would suggest this one. But who in their right mind would want to own just one Mora?? lol Have a great Saturday!

Good review! I really like the lineup of comparison of all the Mora knives. It really helped me out to compare each one in length and width. Again good job!

That was good advice about splitting wood within reason and a decent overall review as well.

The Mora bushcraft black is my all time favorite Mora knife, but I might give the Kansbol a try.

That blade is a great design. It is on 3 of their knives. This is the first one of this design with a factory 90 degree spine. The 2000 and Bushcraft Forest do not have this feature. Also, the belt loop is ambidextrous. I still prefer the 2000 because of its handle. I have used it a TON over the years. I recently bought their all black sheath and handle "anniversary addition" of the 2000 (~$35 + tax/ship) . I did NOT get one of the numbered first 130.
Great review. Great knife. Less expensive and lighter than the Garberg. As you stated NOT full tang. That will matter to some.
Prices HAVE gone up a bit.
Terävä Jääkäripuukko 110 (~$87 total - shipped to USA.) w/great leather sheath, built in deployment lock.
Garberg carbon (~$90 + tax) .
The Condor Terrasaur carbon full tang design (~$43 + tax.)
The Kansbol stainless (~$35 + tax)
The Mora 2000 stainless (~$40 + tax)
Tough choices.

Great review. The shape of the blade looks a little like the Eldris Thanks 👍

Can get it with multi mount sheath and the Garberg survival kit would fit on this sheath as well. Comes in burnt orange as well.

Definitely a popular knife and for good reason. One of my favorites right here. Broke mine being a dumbass, so I need to get another one lol gees. Wanted to see what it will take through some hard wood and nope lol. Worth every penny and if it breaks just get a new one, I am anyway lol.

Cold steel made a knife with a similar blade grind but it was Krups 4116 steel which is essentially 420 stainless. Part of the way Mora keeps their price down is the injection molded plastic handles. I would like to see them make a premium version of some of their knives with micarta handles. That said. This knife's handle fills the hand well. You never feel like you're going to lose your grip.

Could you make a video on small fixed blades you would consider for pocket carry?

Great video as always Israel 👍
