The brutally honest truth that a majority of people don't like to admit is that if you can't afford to buy a house, then you have no business buying a house. Regardless of whatever the reasons are that you think you can't afford it. The bottom line is that every adult has an obligation to themselves to be financially responsible. Signing a purchase agreement just because someone in a fancy suit is allowing you to usually ends in foreclosure. Be smart with your money.
