I love these and have two. Use to automate all our season lights but also to turn lights on when out of town.

Another benefit to the Lutron plug is that natively their switches and devices act like range extensors for other Lutron devices. So if your Wi-Fi is a bit spotty outside then if you have switches that within range you’ll have better connectivity overall. And this isn’t even taking into account that the Lutron works on a lower frequency which can penetrate walls better then wifi can.

If you don’t have issues with your wifi then this is less of an issue.
