The is no Volume Meter on each Audio Track in Movie Studio - this is a Vegas Pro feature only.
There is only a Master Volume Meter next to the Preview Window.
To restore default view, go to View in top toolbar - Window Layouts - Default Layout.

Thank you very much for the quick response. (-: I have been kind leaning towards Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 Production Suite due to a couple of factors here in the states.
1) Corel VideoStudio Pro X5: $80-$90 (Roughly) and does not (from what I can tell) have any audio editing (Which I probably will hardly ever use, but who knows.
2) Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 Production Suite: $125 (But, As of today I found it on sale at Best Buy for... Now get this... $99 (It's CrAzY!!!)
