Will Vinton Studios - Stop-Motion Versus CG (2001)

A mixed media test produced at the former Vinton studios (before its transition to Laika) in 2001 by animators Kyle T. Bell and Noah Klabunde, envisioning harmony between old and new mediums of animation and visual effects by having two monsters of each sort duke it out. Tools used to bring the go motion cyclops and the CG dragon together included both 35mm and hi-def digital cameras, as well as Maya, After Effects and Jenoptic MF.
