This is how you fix the javascript error that pops up when you try to play cities: skylines in Steam.
1. Open task manager with CTRL+ALT+DEL
2. End tasks Steam and Paradox Launcher
3. Open C/users/username/appdata/local/Paradox.
4. Delete paradox launcher file.
