This idea is not correct, it is actually absurd. The Casimir effect is due to the field response to materials, it's gravitational effect is already included in the mass-renormalization caused by the energy in the field around a particle. There is nothing in this talk which is useful, I don't understand why it exists. I apologize for being blunt, but this seems to be an organized attack on actual physics.
