Vaccination rate in Philippines is the slowest or one of the slowest in whole world .
Vaccinating only 250, 000 people during ECQ is only 1.9 % of the Manila population.
What is the use of vaccinating such a small percentage of the population
You need vaccination of at least 70% of the population,
to finally slow down and stop the virus spread,
just like what Chile has succeeded in doing.
Chile is also using the China vaccine,
and is succeeding in stopping or slowing the virus spread.

Cavite is one one of the nearest province from NCR and one of the most visited by people from NCR. How come the vaccine supply for our province is quite limited unlike NCR? Are Cavite residents not supposed to be protected as well?
