Dear Dr., apologize if i overlooked some important MJZ formatting technique. It seems there is lack of REFERENCE FORMATTING. Some theses' Reference is aligned, some are indent, some with parentheses numbering (according to univ. requirement). Could you show us the right way of formatting? Thanks.
