My fiancé sent me this and said “this girl’s story is similar to yours”. And he’s right. I got my first car this year, I’m 28, got it with no debt, no parents help (I have been living in a big city alone with no family support since 2019 and it was a bit tough getting my feet stable), prayed for car last year and God blessed my SMMA business and I was able to get it with no stress this year. I made a video sharing the testimony and journey but haven’t shared it online. I can relate to how you felt, it’s not the flashy type people typically show online and I’m getting mine at a much older age. I got it before learning how to drive because it was looking far fetched. I have my temporary license now. I feel reinspired that you shared yours, it feels good to know that there are people with similar experiences. Maybe I’ll share mine too, don’t know yet cause I was balling my eyes out in the video 😂😂. Congratulations girl.🎉

Great job my young Sistah....I am a lady who is a bit older than you. My first car at age 20 was a little beater that did not look bad but it was about a 15 year old car when I got her. I paid cash with no help. My Dad could work on cars and checked it out and he said it was a good used car for me. It did not have any bells and whistles but got me back and forth to college, and work at the nursing home. Once I graduated school I bought my first new car that was still a budget car and that is how I still roll. I don't put money in an asset that just depreciates. Stay smart and motivated! I am cheering for you to go as far as you like in this thing called life!

i’m so happy for you! I just got my car as well. I am paying a note but it’s a 2013 ford escape and I love her soo much. I worked so hard and i’m so happy to finally be able to get place to place. I do agree that most people our age wants brand new luxury cars but since I had my moms help with the down payment it wouldn’t feel as good. I would love to get a car like that on my own in the far future. Again, Congrats!

I helped my son get a 2006 corolla, same color. Toyota is the best brand for reliability.

Dont forget to replace new brakes, oil, battery for safe driving its not about how cheap the car is but how much effort you put in it. You can make a old honda civic with €500 rims/wheels look expensive 😊💪🏽
