I have a theory, let me explain:

After 1980 when the USA was demolished and cuba was destroyed by the huge bomb, a lot of countries started to grew fear on Norway-Bohemia, and it seemed that Norway-Bohemia wanted more world domination, so I think they forced Balkans to join they’re pact, they refused so Norway-Bohemia showed them who to fear by crushing romania and Moldova and chunks of Yugoslavia, Karelia was either invaded or forced to join, some people were very pissed so they probably started Anarchy, and Caliphate’s started to flourish as well. Anarchists and Caliphates has a huge clash and they try to overrun any country they can find, the remaining neutral countries are targets for either Norway-Bohemia, the Anarchists or the Caliphates.
