When The Trashmen did this back in1963 it was "freak out" city. Everybody loved it except the squares. The Ramones tribute is well deserved coming from a punk rock band. Well done Joey, well done!

Didn't know the mighty Ramones made a cover of Surfin' Bird. But always thought the original was a punk song written 20 years ahead of its time. Only Ramones could pick it up and make it their own.
