This reminds me of this horror story I saw on YT (I’m pretty sure) where this girl kissed a guy and she got a disease that can only be contracted from the inside of a human corpse and that’s how she found out her boyfriend was a cannibal and she left him before she became a victim
There was a part at the end showing (not explicitly I believe) and her saying she wondered what could’ve happened should she have stood in the relationship

Edit: found the video but the last part with the wondering thing was off. Not by a lot though. Didn’t look through the rest so I’m not sure I just wanted to see the last part
