I agree with buckets, if I want to wear sneakers I prefer to stick with the classics. If i want to elevate my footwear i’d prefer to do a dress shoe or a loafer, etc

I hated designer sneakers until I got a couple pairs the quality is unmatched to say they are worse versions of Nikes and adidas it’s not even close. You can wear Gucci sneakers 100 days in a row and water will wash away the dirt and they’ll look and feel brand new. No bottom out no factory issues you most definitely will get your moneys worth and more from a pair of designer sneakers.

Buckets saying "who cares about quality?" is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, and that's part of the reason why they try to sell us trash stuff because they think we don't care about quality but actually, quality should be the number one or number two reason why we buy something.. anything, from cars, to food, to absolutely everything.

I owned a pair of Gucci and I gotta tell you. In person the materials are a lot better and they may last longer looking good than other brands. I like the style and I mean Gucci will be timeless! So I’ll give it a 9 out of 10. I like them!

You can get hand sewn and stitched leather boots that last for less, for crying out loud, Crown North Hampton is king, you can get the whole kit and kabutle for 800, even with the shell cordovan

The age old discussion of the worth of designer fashion is so overstated. Everyone should know these are a status symbol period. Its ok if you prefer to spend money on nike or gucci. I could clown ppl for paying 1000 for travis or 220 for jordan 3s that both cost 3 dollars to make

Foolishness. I have at least 15 pair of Gucci sneakers. My weakest pair of Gucci’s is absolutely killing my best pair of J’s. I own Cap and Gown 11s, Mocha 1s, white OVO 10s, Space Jam 11s, Black Metallic 5s, A Ma Maniere 4s, Cool Grey 4s and even the cream J Balvin 3s just for context. Nobody is hooping in any of the Jordans I just mentioned, so that argument is dead. The materials used are simply no contest. You won’t be complaining about glue stains and blemishes on a pair of Gucci’s. You also won’t have to worry about your sneakers crumbling if you decide to put them up for some years. Craftsmanship on Gucci’s is unmatched. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. Great purchase Mr. F.S.🔥

Never seen a designer sneaker that I like or that doesn’t look like a Walmart/Payless shoe. And on top of that they cost thousands…😮 At least Jordan’s have a history or story behind them that helps elevate the design and “justify” some of the prices.
